of the above-named six vessels belonging to this company has

this day been transferred to Messrs. Dairen Kisen Kaisha, of King's building, Top Floor, Connaught Road Central, who will

undertake to pay the outstanding dues and accounts due to the

Harbour Department and hereafter will transact all business

relating to the said six vessels.
